Country Overview

Antigua & Barbuda, often known as the Land of 365 beaches, is a famous sun and sand resort for visitors from all over the world. These twin islands, which are part of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, are positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.

An island tour that covers all of Antigua’s highlights includes a visit to English Harbor, the historic district that houses Nelson’s Dockyard, where salty seagoing vessels and luxury yachts meet in shimmering waters. With its bird’s-eye view of the entire island, Shirley Heights is an excellent place to watch the sunset. Barbuda, a series of gorgeous sandy beaches only a few miles away, offers a more laid-back attitude than Antigua. Opportunities to go out on the sea abound on both islands, from yachting excursions to snorkeling and swimming.
